"What doesn't make sense is why USADA would grant the TUE. TUEs are only granted for medical reasons, and iv use for hydration purposes is explicitly not considered a medical use."

Yep, USADA in his back pocket. Halp, need to flush the dope... cuz really who buys that Mayweather was dehydrated lol? And even if he was, it's against WADA code, doh!

Did you not see the T-E ratios in the lab report?

You should know by now, whether I like them or not I come to the defense of fighters accused of cheating with no evidence. Improved physical condition even after 30, being ripped, increasing KOs, those things arent evidence.

    T-E 0.8 , T-E 0.69

Thats evidence. Actual physical evidence, that someone was intentionally tampering with their body chemistry for the purpose of masking PED use.

Now, it may well come to light that... pretty much everyone else was doing it as well including Manny. But it is no longer reasonable to doubt that Floyd has been on the juice.

Floyd hater  ...Hauser is one of the most respected writers in the sport if not the most respected.

It's all over Sports Illustrated, ESPN...everywhere, the game is up.

It's clear that Mayweather did break the rules regarding the TUE. He never got one so he could get approval to use the IV Therapy until 18 days AFTER the fight.

Could that be enough to warrant a NC? Seems serious...

Remember the video on Fight Hype when Floyd was questioned about the IV injection and both him and Ellerbe seemed to be slightly shook up or at least defensive? Most of us just figured it was nothing. Lol

Whether the author likes Floyd or not is immaterial when he has and is able to supply copies of lab reports from WADA certified labs like he did.

Yeah it don't make sense at all, why they granted it, when they granted it, or the legality of them granting it.

Yea, most definitely. At the time he was getting the IV it was against WADA code.

This brings up the obvious serious question, how long has USADA been in Floyd's back pocket? They gave him an exemption to use a masking agent lol. How does that happen in sport?

Btw, it was for two bags man. Talk about serious flushing of his system!

Of course it's material, there's absolutely 0 truth to that report. Just like how goddell claimed that Brady was generally aware. We saw what happened.

There's 0 evidence to convict him

If he's guilty, why isn't he banned?

Depends on how the contract is wrote I guess. It seems we are made to believe that valid USADA testing was to be inclusive, and clearly that validity is now question, sounds like grounds to me but what do I know. A little sweep here, and a little sweep there, and voila, nothing left to see here.

    Because he bribed USADA dumbass?

"I can tell you that IV drugs clear an athlete’s system more quickly than drugs that are administered by subcutaneous injection. So why did USADA make this decision? Why did they grant something that’s prohibited? In my view, that’s something federal law enforcement officials should be asking Travis Tygart

Silva's results was eventually overturned to a NC, right?

(I know it's a different sport I'm just bringing it up)
