Why was Pacquiao denied a shot for his shoulder before the fight? It was just an anti-imflamatory shot that his team wanted but was denied.

Because of a clerical error, and NSAC felt it was too late to grant him an exception.

It appears it was because someone wanted to help Roid Mayweather to win the fight, afterall, Roid was fighting a one armed Pac, who had been told that he could have the pain shot...........................there should be a rematch in neutral territory, with a neutral referee, judges, boxing commission, etc.

I agree, there should be a rematch because of concerns I have for Mayweather, I just hope its not in Las Vegas.

There appears to be a reason that Roid Mayweather refuses to fight anywhere except Vegas............................

Because pacquiao is not an american. He is a foreigner from a 3rd world country that is fighting an american on his own country and on his own town in a mega fight.

Because he did not file the paperwork with NSAC, in fact the paperwork he did file said he had no injuries.

Perhaps another question is why did they not just go ahead with the shot and then apply for it 3 weeks after the fight? Apparently that's how the US boxing system works.

It still wouldn't have changed the outcome of the fight though. Mainly because his shoulder wasn't hurt.
