    Golovkin is the best middleweight in the world today. Golovkin will be fighting for a title unification with Lemieux, then a title unification with the winner of Cotto/Alvarez and then Lee.........................he will have four titles..........................

    Not recently, Sergio Martinez was the last lineal champion which he won from Pavlik who'd won it from Taylor who'd won it from Hopkins. Sergio came close he had the WBO and WBC titles and held them for 50 months. Hopkins had all 4 but he lost them to Jermain Taylor and Taylor was stripped of one for skipping one of his mandatories and rematching Hopkins.

    In other divisions Wladimir Klitschko has all but one belt at HW and Kovalev the same at LHW.
