True. even if all he did was take saline and a multivitamin according to the rules that's enough for NSAC to make it a NC. But just because it should happen will not mean it will, look at Amir Khans fight with Petersen that should have been made an NC but wasn't.

Peds give body strength and make you take shots better he needed to take good shots when Pac had him against the ropes
You can take shots without PED's too, he has an almost impregnable defense, he wouldn't take PED's for that.
nothing you have listed there should count towards the scoring of a round. Also PEDs would have improved Floyd's strength thus improving his ability to tie up on the inside.
