Well he has a point if he means it this way;

Floyd is suffering ACCUSATIONS of PED abuse regardless of if he is using anything, it doesn't matter because he's being accused of it regardless of whether he was masking something or not.

Manny was being accused and his achievements brought into question because he also acted suspiciously with cut off demands and rejection of blood testing due to needle fear.

I don't know if either of them were on anything so I can only say he has a correct opinion there as he's not insisting Mayweather is guilty.

The 'truth finally came out' is re****ed as he is being hypocritical by suggesting it means cheating.
If he means 'the man was pumped up when he fought me and didn't let me have a shot' then he doesn't know anymore than anyone else and it's a dumb thing to think.

 

How does a NC show up on the record? Would be absolutely epic for a career coward to have his unblemished record blemished at this late stage

There is a certain sense of karma to the whole situation. Had Mayweather never accused Pac of PED use, he would have never had to come up with the whole "I'm here to clean up the sport" shtick and then he would have never hired USADA, who would of then never walked in on him after using an IV. You have to love the irony of it, even if it's proven Mayweather never took PED's.
