That's because it was rare, are you telling me past prime guys like lunging liston was actually fast? How about handicapped Williams or your favorite fighter Folley, who looked like the walking dead as well? The only guy off the top of my head with any remote speed was Terrell and he was fighting with one eye the whole time....How fast was Mildenbergers hands or feet along with chuvalo? You are fool who cant even stay on topic, you're all over the place as usual talking about 1960 fro 1981 now..and "DUCKS"?...
It can still be a bruising fight even if one guy is winning most of the rounds. Did you think Ali looked great against Chuvalo? It was no Williams-esque performance. It played out a lot like Frazier's fights with Ali; constant pressure, pounding his body and trapping him on the ropes, except Frazier was much better than Chuvalo which is why he had more success doing it.
21 years, fought all and sundry good, bad and average fought them all ducked no one. You see you're agenda driven you completely diss Ali and all his opponents it's pathetic. Actually I respect Wlad and admire what he's done, because you see I'm a boxing fan. Unfortunately being a fanboy you're like a football supporter, just rooting for your team and dissing everybody else. You're not a true boxing fan like I said you're just another fanboy who tries to masquerade as some kind of boxing "expert".
That's good. Shut the door on your way out, and make sure you don't trip over that tail between your legs.
You are wasting your time here I don't know whos dumber foxy or cecil?Probably cecil ,since foxy at least knows what the thread is about.
Exactly ! Over the course of 27 rounds that Ali and Chuvalo fought during their two fights,I'd give the latter six rounds at the very most. As for Ali urinating blood after their first fight, even one kidney punch can cause that.
