He did not receive the TUE until nearly three weeks after the fight. As posted by abuffy using the IV in the manner Mayweather did is clearly a violation.

Then you mods might wanna consider renaming the "General Boxing Forum" to "May-Pac PED arguing platform" :conf

Pac is still a complete and total moron who screwed up his own form.

Floyd is a complete and total hypocrite who's potentially tainted every accomplishment he ever made.

The 2 of them should go screw themselves and fade into Bolivia.

No he did NOT get a tue prior to the IV They were caught giving the IV & obviously didn't realize it. When the story broke Floyd applied for the tue FIVE DAYS AFTER the fight on May 7
So its obviously one rule for Mayweather & another for Pacquaio & everyone else according to NSAC & USADA.
Pac was refused a todadol injection he asked for TWO WEEKS BEFORE the fight But its OK for mayweather to have an ILLEGAL saline drip & not ask permission for it till FIVE DAYS AFTER the fight.
Ive been posting about the corruption that has been going on & was told it was all made up because I supposedly hated Mayweather . ROFLMAO Now it looks like the Fits hit the Shan so to speak. Floyd is going down in DISGRACE!!!!!:happy:happy

The timing is difficult to ascertain but according to the USADA statement, they knew Mayweather wanted an iv administration before it was administered but the TUE was not approved until after the fight. Pac's people were informed of this about the middle of May and didn't make a peep until now. I wonder why. Oscar took an iv before he fought Pac and it was no big deal. I am going to wait to see what else comes out before I jump to a conclusion.

But don't forget Rum Freddie & Pac told the NSAC that Pac was injured TWO WEEKS before the fight but would not back out if Pac was allowed a toradol shot That was agreed on. Then on fight night he was refused.

Mayweather is totally screwed he's been caught CHEATING!!
Theres no way the Feds can let them get away with this surely

I know WADA have changed their view on IV's in the past, they were illegal, then they weren't, then they were again, so Oscar's use of an IV may have been during a period when WADA had it as a legal practice.

As to why this story has only recently broken I think it was due to the fact while they knew Mayweather had a TUE in May for the fight it wasn't learned until later on that the TUE was retroactive, that combined with parties seeking legal advice before publication probably led to the delay.
