    If any of the rumors that Floyd slung st Manny were true, something to validate those accusations would have surfaced by now. Instead, Floyd’s now under the heat lamps with some serious accusations he now has to face....only this isn't just rumors created by a reluctant opponent looking for an out. There's smoke in this IV scandal. Whether it's pure innocence and mistake on behalf of of Floyd and USADA or if there was something shady taking place there's enough substance to have a formal review or investigation into Floyd’s testing records.
