No it should stand. People want to look for any little reason to discredit the win. If NSAC said he wasn't using banned substances, but, called him out on not following their specific protocol it's an administrative error...nothing more. It's kinda like when someone forgot to mention they had an injury on the required NSAC paperwork...but, wanted drugs for it before the fight. Administrative error.

 

Dude is a fraud. He duped the entire boxing world. But I am glad the truth came out because his legacy is ruined, at least amongst the hard cores who know what actually happened.

Actually I'd expect it to be less than 20%. It's possible that some non-Floyd fans who aren't thoroughly informed about the situation yet voted No.

I read it. There's no proof of anything there. Victor Conte brought up a suspiciosly low testerone test from 2011 and 2013, but Conte then went on to say that is not proof of using banned substance, but should raise a a red flag and CIR should have been administered. As far as this situation, Hauser reported that USADA didn't know about it unti he was seen administering it, and didn't inform NSAC until 3 days after the fight and the TUE was not applied for until 18 days after the fight. That was Hauser's take on it. The USADA released a statement saying that they did have beforehand knowledge of it, tha tthe NSAC was informed and so was Pacquiao's camp, and that the TUE was applied for before the fight, but was not approved until after.. Either way you look at it, it's who's story do you believe, and regardless of who's story you believe it is still no proof of wrong doing by Mayweather, and once again as the guy you replied to said an Administrative Error that USADA will get a slap on the wrist from Bennett from the NSAC. Why anyone believes any of that article and doesn't read up more on this is beyond me, as you can tell that the article was written with complete bias.
