    Except he didn't break any rules. At all. Usada has confirmed this and they have authority. No rules were broken.

    The Floyd hate is strong. But, again he always prevail. Usda and Nsac both cleared his name. Haters, you lose Again.

    That's incorrect. They may say they don't believe that he was on steroids, but that doesn't mean what he did wasn't prohibited. He still broke the rules.
