There were direct irrefutable deviations from standard protocol. Rules were not followed. The NSAC themselves have outlined this fact.

Reverse the shoe. Pac is with Buboy in his hotel room having an injection administered that wasn't filed online for doctor review prior to approval. You would be ok with that?

The fact that Manny wasn't even allowed to take a perfectly legal pain killing injection for his torn rotator cuff, whilst Mayweather was taking a masking agent speaks volumes about how fair this fight was. Even if it isn't ruled a NC all boxing fans know it should be.

He might have not followed the procedures to a T, but he disclosed the fact that the saline solutions were going to be administered before hand. It wasn't as if he did it without anyone's knowledge in an attempt to mask peds. :nut

NSAC AND USADA have already cleared his name in relation to any sort of steroid use.

    That's my point.

And if there's no PED use, then why are we talking about any sort of result changes? :rofl

The Pac****s are grasping at straws. All Floyd will get is a little flick on the wrist. "Next time do it at a hospital"

    Done.

I can't believe you of all people can't see through this. It's an elaborate attempt to generate hype and sales for the Berto fight.

Imagine if Pacquiao had been caught doing this, pretty sure USADA wouldn't have granted retrospective permission in his case!

I am not a Pac fan at all. I think Floyd and Pac are 2 dirt bag low lives.

Pac fans sounded silly with the shoulder excuses. Floyd fans sound equally ridiculous embracing the same fan boy mentality with this.

Pac and Floyd both bottled it and will forever both have tarnished diva reputations surrounded with valid suspicion.

Spin it however you like. But that's the truth.

NO one is calling you a Pac****. All I'm saying is that the Pac****s are trying to use this to preemptively slander his name in regards to PED usage when it's already been confirmed that no peds have been used.

And I'm not spinning anything. Just stating truths. If he's not booked for any sort of PED use, then it's way too early to condemn him.

    That's it.

They're a private company. Again, did you not hear the introduction on fight night when they said the bout was sanctioned by the NSAC? There's a reason for that. We're a country of laws. And that country falls under the WADA.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------
In a statement released Thursday morning, a USADA spokeswoman said, “Mr. Mayweather’s use of the IV was not prohibited under the NSAC rules at that time and would not be a violation of the NSAC rules today.”
Yet, Bennett and commission Chairman Francisco Aguilar sharply disagree, explaining the Nevada commission has not adopted the World Anti-Doping Agency code’s prohibited methods.

Bennett said unless the IV was administered at a hospital, it needs to be cleared by filing a the****utic-use exemption, or TUE, and supporting documents through the Nevada commission and authorized by the commission’s medical expert.
“He cannot have it done at his house and [USADA] can’t authorize it.... I have specifically articulated and memorialized to USADA that [NSAC] is the sole authority that can authorize a the****utic-use exemption for a fighter in the state of Nevada,” Bennett said. “USADA never told us prior to the IV that they had their own TUE, and they never kept us informed about it being administered.
“If they think they can do what they want, where and whenever they want in the state of Nevada, they are grossly mistaken.”

Pac being denied in and of itself was justified because his team was either deliberately dishonest or stupidly incompetent.

But with the details of this coming out, it reeks of favoritism, home cooking, and good old fashioned BS.

Taken together the appearance of corruption is omnipresent. Reminiscent of a British stoppage or German decision.

Floyd fans are an utter joke. I know there are some dumb Pac fans but some of you resident Floyd fans just make me shake my head. You think the guy is never at fault in light of what has been disclosed the last week.

Have fun defending your hero for the rest of your life. Your hero's image is forever tarnished.
