Full Pacquiao response: wants rematch, sanctions put on Mayweather

No rematch he doesn't deserve one he was easily beat and would get beat worse in the rematch. Pbf does better in rematches #48 doesn't.

I believe he should be granted a rematch and for reasons that do not have any relation to his or Mayweather's performance. This goes beyond that.

Floyd ought to be investigated, not get another huge payday. Actually very dissapointed by Pacquiao's response in this matter. Instead of wanting an investigation he seizes the oppurtunity to try and secure another big payday :-(
