Why did khan bother moving to 147 when he only seems interested in fighting 140 fighters.

Prov has power at 140 yes but at 147 I not sure. Khan wins this by UD I think.

Can prov walk khan down over 12 rounds or not?

    RUSLAN fought bradley at 147

if you have big power at 140 chances are you have big power at 147

same way garcia has good power at 140 he will always have bigger power then khan who has been at 147 much more

lucas matttysse has never fought at 147 does that mean alexander, bradley, khan have more power then him?

So now Khan haters seem to have 2 angles of attack on this fight.

1."Provo is going to decapitate/Kill/Brain damage Khan."
2."This is a cherry pick! Provo has lost 3 of his last 5 fights!"

Prov is huge for 140. Boxers need to stop being such weight cutting cans.

Are you guys kidding me? Khan will absolutely SCHOOL Ruslan!

Look what Algieri did to Ruslan, Khan will do it in much more convincing fashion.

Khan won't engage, he will lay off those rapid combinations and move away. 12-0 to Khan easy points victory

The problem is if Kahn gets caught. It only takes one shot. he hammered Alexander and Collzao who got blinded by speed and went into a shell.
Algeri came forward and was prepared to take a jab to close the gap and land shots of his own and Khan didn't look great. Prod will eat a jab to get close and then has big power to use when he gets inside.... The jump up to 147? for Prod isn't so massive he made his debut there so Khan still has be careful. Fighters with lesser power than Prod have had Kahn hurt and down.

Its a good fight - if Khan wins bigger fights are still there I think this is another chance for a camp with hunter I think when hunter is 100% with how khan is boxing he will be let of the leash to chase bigger fights

Until he gets hit that is correct, Provodnikov is a neanderthal. But he is going to close distance and land (he lands on everyone). The higher level guys he landed on had chins to survive (Tim, Matthysse, Algieri). Khans chin is nowhere near any of those guys.

So did Matthysse and he still went nowhere. Provodnikov is what he is, a walk forward basic nathan guy with power and chin. He's not high level but his style will always pose challenges to someone chin deficient.

sidenote: Bradley stuns almost everyone he fights, good chin or not.

Excellent fight! I think Khan could outbox Provo (Algieri did), but with his chin, it could be over at any moment. This is one of those tense fights from start to finish. Will Khan actually take it though?

Correct, Khan was outboxing Garcia and it only took him one shot as well. Ruslan hits harder than Garcia.

Khan talks like he's an elite fighter for an elite this is a cherry pick, Ruslan isn't a top fighter has no good or great wins and is just overrated. The thing is Khan has a weak enough chin and sucks enough that any fighter with any semblance of power is picked to KO him.
