Even if legal why get injected with anything?

    This goes to any athlete any sport. If you are training right and dieting the way you should why the need for any kind of injection?

    You cant call yourself clean yet have the need to have needles and IV's injected into you even if its not PED's.

    Maybe to bubble up to 160lb?

    I don't have any issue with the fact that he had IV..its jus the amount of IV he had...quoted to have around 700 ml of IV..thats quite a lot for someone to say they walk around at 147-155 everyday without training for a fight at 147.

    de la hoya struggled to make weight for the pac fight. floyd doesnt have that problem because he walks around that weight

    The reason and proof behind the use of the IV is the big question that needs to be answered. We know USADA gave Mayweather a TUE which would have to have been for medical reasons. We currently do not know what the medical reasons were or what proof was provided to USADA for them to allow the TUE.

    Unless we see evidence that the TUE was given for proper medical reasons the whole situation will remain very suspect.

    Yeah, I'm sure if the situation was reversed and it was Manny in the hot seat the discourse would be super reserved and respectful. :roll:

    Man, could you imagine if Manny won the fight too and this came out about him? It would be way crazier around here. MVC would probably start a new thread every minute.

    We also know that the USADA has no authority to issue a TUE...and it was issued retroactively? So just wtf was going on here?

    Floyd dosnt eat right. He eats taco bell and mc donalds and brags about it.
    Sr didnt let him eat that stuff and drink sodas as a kid
    Sr is always on camera eating taco bell though ;;;;shrugs;;;;
