It will get swept under the carpet. I've no doubt about that but the media need to keep digging regardless.

750ml. SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY! In TWO sittings.

It's dodgy as hell. They've cleared him of any wrongdoing? He has done wrong. He's broke 2 rules as far as I can see.

A few little points, people saying USADA found nothing wrong means nothing, they get paid by Mayweather/Haymon to do the testing so you could say they have a conflict of interest.

USADA is not connected to the U.S. Government, the U.S. Bit is just a name, it's like me starting a testing agency called UKN17, means nothing. So stop typing things like they are a organisation with real credibility.

They gave the IV exemption 18 days AFTER the fight, that alone is bizarre, makes no sense to me.

They should call Jeff Novitzky, the agent from the FDA who went after Armstrong. Doh, oh wait he's now the a VP for UFC and a heavy confident of USADA. Oh snap.

Anyways, UFC is banning IV use too. Lol is boxing that backwards assed that IV flushing is ok?

Of course they're going to clear Floyd. They can't admit he's wrong and maintain they did their jobs. They'd be admitting they're negligent at best, and corrupt at worst.

    Heres their new tagline:

Usada: The best testing Money can buy!

So sad, Pac fans need Floyd to be on PEDs or cheating so bad, it's their last hope for an excuse

I don't know if he is using Peds, and I don't think anyone can say that for sure short of seeing some tests indicating that.

But, NSAC (Mr. Bennett) has said that him taking IV injections at home and without the USADA getting permission from NSAC for the TUE was not proper and "totally unacceptable".

So you have NSAC stating for example:

    1. "He cannot have it done at his house and [USADA] can’t authorize it"

    2. "The TUE for Mayweather's IV -- and the IV was administered at Floyd's house, not in a medical facility, and wasn't brought to our attention at the time -- was totally unacceptable"

    3. "We have the sole authority to grant any and all TUEs in the state of Nevada. USADA is a drug-testing agency. USADA should not be granting waivers and exemptions. Not in this state"

    4. “If they think they can do what they want, where and whenever they want in the state of Nevada, they are grossly mistaken.”

But then you have USADA saying in their response:

    1. "Mayweather had applied for and was granted a Ther-apeutic Use Exemption (TUE) by the agency for the IV infusion, in accordance with regulations set down by the Nevada State Athletic Commission"

    2. "Mr Mayweather's use of the IV was not prohibited under the NSAC rules at that time and would not be a violation of the NSAC rules today"

My question is how can both of these (USADA and NSAC) positions be true? I wonder if the only way to know is for a thorough investigation which might yield who knows.
