I think kovalev punches harder through the course of the fight but with one shot Stevenson punches harder and is more explosive. Also I think kovalev has the better boxing ability but Stevenson has the better speed and movement. Pick em fight but I would lean towards kovalev.

It's good that none of these nobodies has upset Stevenson along the way. All the frustration over his flattering cherry-picking and can-crushing title reign and the disappointment with nobody getting to his chin just builds up the simmer for the Kovalev match and will make the inevitable execution all the sweeter. :D

Good point. Many think that Kovalev would behave exactly the same way in the ring has he usually does with his previous opponents. well that may be true until he tastes that left hand. It would be a really intriguing matchup to say the least. The first to hurt the other bad enough wouldl win. And a re-match could also be as unpredictable. I guess the only outcome everyone would agree on is that this fight would end with a stoppage in the mid rounds latest.

I rank Kovalev much higher than Stevenson due to the last year or so and fancy Kovalev to defeat him in style if they were to fight sometime soon. However, lets not act like Kovalev has faced some all star lineup. Aside from each of their two or so big wins, they have essentially fought the same caliber of opponents... Is Mohammedi really much or any better than Karpency, or vice versa? If you feel inclined to answer that either is significantly better than the other, odds are you're a fanboy of one of the above mentioned fighters. If you complained about Mohammedi, you better be complaining about Karpency. If you didn't complain about Mohammedi, you better not be complaining about Karpency... These two fan bases going at it (and making hypocrites of themselves of late, too, with the purse bid situations between them) is annoying, even if a tad bit cute at times.

Nope, pascal and bhop are much better fighters than adonis, which is why adonis ducked both of them. This would be one of kovalevs easier big fights.

Has the Frampton beating humbled Avalos at all or is he still an insufferable ****?

I kind of agree, he's not even that good but he'll be a highly rated name on Kova's record when the time comes. :deal

Pascal was recently terrorized by a noname Cuban and got gifted the decision. Bhop is 50. Adonis is most certainly a bigger threat than both.

Kovalev isn't just going to walk through and intimidate Adonis like he does everyone else though. I think Kovalev is a bit overrated here and Stevenson a little underrated is all.

Yes I'm pretty sure he does the shots Yunieski Gonzalez landed on Pascal would have KO'd Adonis yet Pascal took them perfectly fine, but he couldn't take Kovalev's power.

Fonfara is far from iron chinned and he couldn't KO him, or a blown up SMW in Bika who Dirrell (who couldn't drop Rubio) almost did, and Don George almost went the distance with him yet Truax who couldn't make a dent in Jacobs KO'd George mid fight.

Kovalev would massacre Fonfara, Bika and George in terrifying fashion.

Jean Pascal would stand a very good chance of beating Stevenson, IMO. Also think B-Hop could still beat him too.

Show me proof that he's a convicted **********, I actually read through the court documents, I understand that he's a complete scumbag who's yet to apologize to the girls he sold into prostitution, but no where did it state he was a **********. I think one of his buddy's girls was 17 and him 22 or something, but like I said, you're sensationalizing it

We've had ****** champs, murderers, sociopaths, ect in boxing, Stevenson is hardly the only bad guy in the sport

Terrorized? Pascal won easily, and the bhop kovalev fought would have easily beat adonis.

Adonis's entire career is based off blasting out a shot chad dawson, the guy just isn't that good.
