That's how much lean mass AJ has put on since his pro debut. 19lbs. 230lbs to 249lbs. There is only one way that is possible. Just saying.

    ^Yesterday's weigh in at 249.

    ^Joshua at 229.

There is little to no change in conditioning. His neck has thickened and it's clear that most of the 19-20lbs he has added is muscle. It's ridiculous and so blatantly obvious. Good luck to him, there's no doubt that most boxers are doing it across the board but anyone deluded enough to believe otherwise needs a stern reality check.

^And? Timescales are irrelevant in this context. Joshua didn't go from small to big he went from big and lean to even bigger and just as lean while doing boxing training at the same time. Open your eyes ffs.

I was just thinking in his latest weigh ins i thought he didnt look as lean but your right the 2 pics theres not much difference really. Very very fishy to add 20lbs especially like you say when he was already somebody with years of training. This wasnt a new guy getting those newbie gains lol.

How do you know there is no change in body fat percentage? Are you his dietician?

He did well to pile on more lean muscle whilst out injured with a fracture in his back.

December 1998 Wlad Klitschko weighs in 224lbs vs Ross Purity, less than 2 years later in July 2000 he weighs in at 244lbs, 20lbs heavier & looked just as lean, he has a very similar physique to Joshua. So does that mean Wlad is juicing too? Look I know a lot of heavys will be juicing but you and many others have singled out Joshua, do you think everybody that uses PEDs turns into a ripped freak like Joshua? Very naive point of view, the likes of John McDermott or Chris Arreola could very well be juicing but you'll never point the finger at them because they are fat? PEDs affect performance, a physique like Joshua's & Wlad's is down to great genetics & good diet. I understand why people think Joshua is using but don't single him out as the first HW to ever use PEDs, they've been rife at HW since the 80s.

Lmao yes! Wlad is without doubt using too. I would happily bet every single penny I have ever earned on that. Nobody at his age can add that kind of muscle like that naturally. Jesus.

And come on man don't try to educate me on PEDs in sport. This is an area that I have done a ton of research on and even have first hand experience in myself. I know that PED use has been rampant in this sport for a long time and nothing in any of my posts indicates that I think Joshua is the first to do it. If you actually read my posts I even said I have nothing against him doing it because everyone else is doing it too.

You realise that bf percentage estimates can be eyeballed right? Please explain how a dietician would be an authority on this lmao. And my bad tbh, if anything AJ's bf percentage would have been reduced since his debut given the fact that he has actually added lean weight at the same level of conditioning. His bf has actually been reduced in terms of composition.

I wonder how Joshua will feel when somebody takes him to the latter rounds of a fight?

    It won't be Cornish anyhow. . .

That weight gain average about 350 grams a month - to suggest that it is something out of this world for a young man, is just plain stupid. He has gained 8% extra body mass between 23 and 25, it would make an interesting read for boxers in lower categories who move up the weights at the same age, I bet their weight gains in 5 terms are very comparable.

Joshua may be using, he may be not, but you have no evidence whatsoever and your assertion and also you have no clue to his change in body fat percentage. You are making claims based on pathetically weak evidence
