    Don't know either. But with some of the footage I've seen, I'd imagine that in some cases a licence is handed out for just filling in some online form.

    Briggs would be a dangerous fight for him.... Would be another KO1 or 2 for Briggs. I'd rather see him against someone like Williams, Maskaev, or Botha.

    There are dozens of videos of the fight on youtube felix

    Personally i think razor rushed the title shot.he did look good in the 1st round better than his previous 2 comeback fights.he just kinda got spun and punched on the break kind of way.but the way he banged his head from the 2nd knockdown waa not nice not something u watch over breakfast.

    Hes vegan which does not help.if hes going to carry on with the comeback hes got to go lift some weights and eat red meat,take 2-3 tuneups,ask lennox his friend to help him in gym, and get carman ack in ring
