Harold Johnson deserves a shout out. Probably the best LHW jab.

Yes, I agree!! I also think of Monzon, Foster, and of course, Willie Pastrano.

Chris Eubank a great jab? WTF??

There's a video of Lennox Lewis actually having to TEACH Eubank the proper way to throw a jab.

    Here it is:

Eubank's skills are insanely overrated on ESB. The guy was talented, but had a pretty low ring IQ.

You can tell in this video that Lewis thinks Eubank is an idiot.

Yeah De La Hoya had a great jab. Tyson had a very underrated jab that he used to get inside and get people's attention. SRL, Hearns.
Foreman, Ali, Bowe, Holmes, Wlad, Louis etc. Kid Gavilan?

Almost any great fighter is worth mentioning in this thread, with a few exceptions. Very few make it far in boxing without a good jab.

in the UK Conteh was always talked about having one of the best jabs ever,

Although not a world champion but Pat Barrett had a great jab as did quite a few of the manchester boxers at the time

Surely you are having a laugh here. "No Muhammad Ali?" ~ Ali had the greatest jab in heavyweight history.

Watched quite a few of Haglers bouts recently, Hamsho 1 and 2, Sibson, Minter, Antuofermo etc. and that right hand of his was like a goddamned trip hammer. A real face buster of a jab rather than just a distraction or range finder. Holmes jab was another one that would often stiffen the legs of an opponent.

The mediocre aging Tony Thompson could outjab the prime wladimir
    klitschko easily.
truth Williams used jab but he never beat only one actual good
    fighter.
Liston? how? Because he beat lots of bum or not too impressive
fighter... Best wins the glass-chinned Patterson.
