Khan has been banging on about how he'd beat Floyd with speed for years now.

To beat Floyd you need to be able to brawl, have great hand speed, swarm, throw over 800 punches in a fight, have great ring IQ and incredible footwork.

No boxer of this era possesses that combination of ability - Khan has one of those qualities, at best.
