Badou Jack calls out Chavez Jr & Bute... what about Ward?

    This is equivalent to Stevenson calling out Froch and Hopkins on live tv after he beat Fonfara, he got LOADS of shyt for it. Called out two cash cows, didn't mention Kovalev (the man to beat) that night.

    Jack calls out the two cash cows of his division, doesn't mention Ward (the man to beat). Where's the outrage? :lol:

    Stevenson had had 3 defenses of his title and Froch isn't even an lhw so the comparision isnt spot on.

    Also, is Ward even still fighting, when was his last fight at smw? With his inactivity i dont know if he really is the man to beat (even though Chaves or Bute also isnt).

    I know it's not exactly identical but it's very close.

    Hunter said Ward was going back to 168 in post-Smith comments, that's the underlying assumption here.

    True or even DeGale... Chavez Jr is a guy that EVERYBODY wants to fight: Froch, Ward, Golovkin and it's obvious why, easy money for a no risk fight.

    That's what I'm thinking too, maybe 60/40 in Jack's favor.

    When was the last time Jack fought a southpaw anyway? :hey

    Jack is a TMT/Haymon fighter.

    He's gotta defend in house until a mandatory becomes available. And I think Groves was his mandatory so it'll be 18 months before we see him forced to fight a potential outsider again. :think

    Can't fault Jack here. It's only business.

    And Im not a fan. :nono
