    Heard that Haymon gives out a lot of complimentary tickets to his shows, discount tickets to employees, free tickets if you go to certain show or concert etc. Apparently according to one fight scribe the only money brokers made at the weekend was from George Groves and the contingent of fans he brought over.

    And they say floyd was the cash king.. ? LOL poor floyd it's his last fight and yet nobody cares.

    I'm downloading it as we speak. I didn't score it but I know I felt it was very close watching it live. Groves should've paced himself better. He went off too fast and wasted too much energy throwing shots that were hitting Jack's guard. It was a very winnable fight for him. That said, Jack is a better fighter than many credit him for being. Nothing special but he's solid all round. People wrote him off after the KO loss against Edwards but he's bounced back well since with two good wins. Seems a likable guy too.

    I predicted Groves to win, and had a **** ton of v cash on him but I thought it was a clear but close decision for Jack. Let us know how you score it though. Also yes, Jack is far better than I and many others gave him credit for. Even after the Dirrell fight I gave the guy 0 credit, but he did go life and with one of the Mexican guys who really isn't on Groves level.

    Not saying Jack didn't deserve it just that it was definitely very close. There were only 1 or 2 points in it, IMO. I remember thinking at the time that Groves was winning a lot of the early rounds on work rate alone. Jack was doing much for the first six rounds and Groves was just outworking him. I could sense that Groves was going to fade over the second half and that Jack was going to come on though. Groves should've boxed on the back foot and counter punched, IMO.

    Yeah it was close forsure. I just dont see a possible outcome with Groves winning, but then again I only watched it once. I thought the exact same and even posted on the RBR that he looked gassed as hell. Groves needs to learn how to pace himself, he fked me over bad with my v cash :|:|.

    Like I said that's just how I felt at the time watching it live. Things can change upon second viewing though. With some fights I can have a different winner each time I watch them, or at least find myself seeing it a bit differently. That's only happened with a few fights though and I rarely watch fights more than once these days with the aim of trying to score them again. Hagler-Leonard and Eubank-Rocchigiani are two that spring to mind with regards to me having a different winner upon each viewing.

    You do realize V-Cash isn't real money don't you? :lol:
