the difference is mayweather waited until they were on the decline he didn't fight people at their best

    example he fought hatton

hatton looked terrible almost beat by collazo, hatton would have lost to all the top 10 welters but no apparently if floyds fighting you you are the #1

why didn't he fight the welters that would also have beaten hatton ? we know why because floyd doesn't take risks

floyd is an ATG of WHEN he fights people and under which CIRCUMSTANCES

I do not understand your post.Actually, guys like Lewis, Bowe, Foreman were much bigger than Holy.

    Holyfield > Mayweather Jr.

Problem is, Holyfield fights are probably too violent for the Floyd kids, might give them nightmares.

    1. Hatton beat Collazo without training properly. Collazo was top 5. Hatton also would've been favored over Judah, Baldomir, Gatti, Urkal, Cintron, Clottey, and possibly Cotto. These men were top ten welters at the time.

    2. Hatton had a size advantage over Floyd, who had just moved up. It was basically a junior welter fight without a stringent weigh in. Hatton was not put at any disadvantage against Floyd in terms of weight.

Its bitterness and jealously. If anything it makes Holyfield look bad.

If you had any reading comprehension you would know that I'm not talking just about money but since you broached that subject, let me expound on it. Holyfield is like Joe Louis or Joe Fraizer or any other great fighter that couldn't handle his business.Yeah, he will be talked about and praised but that don't pay the bills. He is not totally broke but he is a shadow of his former financial self and that's a sad state of affairs. Check this out, Floyd will be ranked well above him in boxing history and if him and Floyd walked into a room together right now, more people would gravitate towards Floyd than him. Praise him all you want but make no mistake, Floyd is a top of the line ATG and a better fighter, plus he is the wealthiest fighter that ever lived. His impact on boxing is in the stratosphere and Holyfield can't hold a candle to him. Oh, but he did fight everybody.

It is your opinion that Floyd ranks higher as an ATG.Many people might disagree with you.

I do not what you mean by saying that Floyd was a better fighter. you reall can't compare the 2 head to head.

Floyd was a very defensive fighter, a tactical boxer.Holy was a warrior.Floyd was in the light weight classes, Holy was a heavyweight.

He did not face everybody when they were in their prime.
