Has anyone seen the latest Ring Pound For Pound List?

They move up and down fighters from one week to another without the fighters even fighting.

    Examples:

Ward wasnt ranked last week and this week hes at number two.

Kovalev moves from 7 to 3.

Wlad drops from 3 to 6

    Pacquiao drops two spots.

Brook enters the list at ten.

    Canelo drops from the list.

And all of these changes happen in a week period where neither of these fighters had a fight, i understand moving up fighters one spot due to Mayweather's retirement but making up a complete new list just cause they were probaly boring is ridiculous and a disgrace to a publication that was once known as "The Bible Of Boxing".:-(

Sad to see a once respected magazine hitting rock bottom like that, the little credibility they had left is now gone as far as im concerned, its so bad that even boxrecs ranking have more credibility than the Ring's rating now and we all know how bad boxrec rankings usually are.

Pre Internet The Ring was the bible (bar a few who Really knew their stuff)

    these days, its worthless rag

forums are the best place to gauge who the best fighters are (once you get rid of the flotsam)

they just should have moved everyone up a spot, instead they completely hussled the whole thing up for no apparent reason.

    definitely something fishy going on

    :deal:deal

I remember some time ago i think they had Broner at number three :patsch

And after years of ignoring Roman Gonzalez when they finally decided to put him on the list it was after he beat some dude with an 11-7 record in a stay busy fight :nut

I've known for a while that those rankings were a bit **** but this latest stunt making up a complete new list for no apparent reason like you said just seals it for me as,nobody should ever take their rankings serios again.

Also two things i have noticed is that theres no Haymon fighters on that list which isnt surprising considering the thing is own by Golden Boy but then theres also no GBP fighters in there either , the one they had was Canelo and they dropped him cause..I dont know, The all thing is a mess.

The ring's agenda is no different from the alphabet these days. No one pays much attention to the rankings anymore

What has Wlad done to deserve dropping places? He has fought everyone! What more could he have done?

Oh yeah, I was going to say something about Roman G, they seem to have just inexplicably put him on the list out of nowhere just because he was getting popular amongst forumites  And they put him pretty high as well.

That might be his problem as far as the Ring goes, they put a guy at number two who hasnt fought anyone worth talking about in years and doesnt seem in any worry to do so.
