even if he did tell usada, they still broke wada TUE protocol as they are only allowed for medical reasons
USADA gave TUE which they were not allowed NSAC states that only they are allowed to give TUE.. Now NSAC are not going to invetigate further.. And allowing the tue.. Lol.. How is thats only making nsac usada and floyd look more guilty Ps. The WADA guidelines, which usada claim to follow, were stilll not adhered too.. I.e. Floyd is still a cheater
What was the medical reason you last visited the Doctor? What's his name and I'll give him a call and ask him. Do you think he'll tell me that information, or do you think, perhaps, that this sort of information falls under medical confidentiality - as stated by USADA?
Negative for what? Negative for taking an illegal amount of saline and vitamin solution via IV. Dummy..
we shall see, i personally dont see how usada's latest statement clears floyd of wrong doing, but im sure the truth, to the satisfaction of intelligent individuals, will come out eventually. i really didnt expect it to start leaking out until a couple years after floyd left the sport. you know i dont like floyd, but i still give him his due. i never accused him of outright cheating, until now. im smart enough to solve for x in this equation. when and if usada produces medical documents as to why floyd needed 750ml of solution to be able to fight and warrant a retroactive tue, i will admit i was wrong, and you know im the type to do so.
but this is the issue...we dont know the test validity since the same testing agency is also granting TUE for masking agents clear conflict of interest. they possibly came back neg bc floyd was usingIVs for a while they added a TUE clause in the contract in april...i mean wtf usada then this clause was added by pac how far deeply involved is usada
Yea, why would anyone trust USADA? They granted a retroactive TUE. That's freaking UNHEARD of in anti-doping. Everyone in anti-doping is looking at USADA going w t f??
Have any other examples surfaced where someone was granted a retroactive TUE this close to a major sporting event, with volumes far exceeding the 50ml/6 hour period restriction?
Very miserable damage control... Floyd fans are delusional and take everything they can as a proof. NSAC and USADA will produce anything to clear them and Floyd. It is really dumb to believe that USADA or NSAC will basically admit their fault as it will first of all hit them. People who know basically smth about PEDs know that it is used in SUCH volumes to HIDE. It is a serious reason to start federal investigation. I had a huge respect for Floyd, but, as I said, people who know smth about PEDs and how they are hided, it is basically 100% fact that Floyd is a cheat, unfortunately.
Apparently the TUE for a "severe" medical issue a day before the big "boxing" fight.. I.e. Comedy gold
TUE for things governed and prohibited by NSAC can only be issued by the NSAC - correct. But what Mayweather done was allowable under NSAC rules - he had no need to get a TUE from them. The TUE was for USADA/WADA. I've never heard of a TUE for a masking agent in these ridiculous quantities. This much saline is the type of cloak and dagger **** doping teams would literally smuggle thru checkpoints.
100 percent he broke the rules cheating? most likely but we cant be sure until usada stops covering for him
Has anyone ever cared to ask in any other case? First time I've heard anyone take issue with IV treatment.
