    ..that he was granted a TUE for having used IV for 750ml saline and vitamin solution a day or before a boxing match?.

    Maybe use of xylocaine/novocaine causes "severe" dehydration?

    Honestly just want to know.

    IV didn't complain of other symptoms like cramping, dry mouth, dizzyness, rapid heart rate...mofo was lying.
