ok but you know what is documented?

the best wsy to treat dehydration, as floyd publicly stated with his own mouth was the condition

They are scared. The fact that the contracts had special circumstances, like giving them the authority to issue waivers and TUEs, it's highly suspicious.

it is he said she said on some of the points...

but usada didnt address the main issue

the major one is that usada claims to have performed 22 CIR tests on both may and pac
and that this is considered not the most sophisticated testing measure

but that they use another biological measure to catch fluctuating hormone levels

they said they notified nysac promptly for eric morales fight

they claim they are allowed to grant tue

they said mayweather notified usada in advance but didnt explain why it took weeks to apply for TUE but nevertheless it is legal

i think their rebuttal did a decent job to shift momentum actually

but when you sift through all the verbose langauge,
it doesnt properly address the key issues

transperancy would put the issue to rest if may is not guilty but i guess nsac is the only who can ovverride confidentiality clauses

Hausers response is forth coming ..This article still doesn't justify why Floyd needed 750 ml for " rehydration

This just proves how corrupt they are ..:hi:

I read at Roadbike Review a bit. They have a Doping Forum for doping news. You don't often see posters defending dopers there, except for teh Lance apologists but they have somewhat gone into hiding. Over here though, the Floyd apologists are swarming. Never seen such delusion in the midst of doping fact ever. I'm tempted to link Hauser's article and feed it to the Cycling Doping experts.

Protocols were broken clear as day ..This is as credible as a Roger Godell decision ..USADA's demise starts with this .

and this is the problem with boxing....it is intentionally kept archaic bc it ensures that promoters whoo have invested in fighters can keep their cash cows in play

we need a new boxing regime

pretty much I like the part were they claimed they did no damage control with the Morales incident then proceed to do 8 or 9 pages of damage control, and still Morales tested positive oct.3 ,oct.10, oct.16 in 3 of the 4 samples taken but they didn't get any results till the 19th ...16 days later when they promptly alerted the NYSAC :blood

really the fact that they've caught all of one pro boxer in 5 years tells you all you need to know about them I don't care about Mayweather or Pacquaio let's not pretend like USADA isn't either corrupt or incompetent just cause it supports your boy

USADA was formed out of the USOC that had been proven corrupt . The USOC had give over 100 exemptions for positive drug tests . Travis Tygart has worked closely with both organizations .

To the USADA : As Bill once said thou doth protest too much: The meaning ?
Overly insistent about something, to the point where the opposite is most likely true.

thinking this is going away is just wishful thinking. the feds just denied haymons request to take dlh and arums lawsuit against him to arbitration. the judge wants this settled in federal court, which means, people are not going to risk years in a federal pen for perjury, when asked questions about haymons practices... including his agreements with usada. feds have a way of making canaries sing like theres no tomorrow, just ask memo and mosely, among many others. the first few witnesses will spill everything because they will be afraid that the testimonies after them might prove that they were lying on the stand and that puts them away for a while. i have a feeling that haymon himself will make a deal with the feds to serve up everyone playing dirty, in exchange for leniency... including floyd and usada.
