this guy is still calling out a fighter who doesn't even fight in his weight class, and it's funny because he's looking down, he's not looking up. you have 3 legit KILLERS at 175, 2 of them have called him out already but he's scared of them. don't worry though, GiGi would bomb ward out or win a wide UD.

This is about Ward is it?

Also, are you giving Ward a hard time because he's (as you put it) "looking down" and then not criticizing the 175ers who've been calling out Ward? Who are -- and see if you can follow me here -- looking down as well?

Got it, so your problem is more the delivery method than the message.

both. ward should fight kovalev. my problem is the fact that you have two fighters who have the same stylistic combination of power, scientific pressure, punch selection and a high intimidation factor, the difference is: one guy is under ward's weight class, and one guy is above. what does ward do? pick on the guy below him.... that's p*ssy sh*t

And the 175ers that called out Ward...they're p*ssies too, right? By that logic, Ward should fight Kovalev but Kovalev shouldn't fight Ward...because Kovalev would be picking low hanging fruit.

and I think it's irrelevant if Ward is making youtube videos on the subject or not. You knew about the 175ers (whoever the two are) so it's not like the message didn't get out there.

Sure, maybe Ward is scared of Kovalev, Stevenson, Beterbiev. Then again, maybe he sees that GGG is going to be a PPV attraction and if he positions himself as the "man GGG must fight next" then he sees himself getting into the rarified (read: ppv status star) air of the sport.

I think the difference is GGG has unfinished business at 160, along with not being a particularly big middleweight as it is. Ward has cleaned out 168 so is just wasting time in the division, along with the fact that 175 is most likely his natural fighting weight. Do agree with the idea that GGG would probably pay him more money then Kovalev, aswell as being less of a risk so that fight makes more sense for Ward.

You ever think that maybe Ward wants to take care of Little G first before he moves up to 175 to fight Kovalev.

But who at 160 does GGG have unfinished business with?

Canelo? Maybe but the guy would be JUST NOW getting up to 160.

Cotto? A career WW (started at JWW...I think). And if we're talking about GGG being 'not a particularly big middleweight' then Cotto is 'a very, very unparticularly (sic) big middleweight'.

There are fights that would be interesting. BJS/Quillen/N'Dam...for whatever reason those fights haven't happened yet.

I just think it's funny that he was supposed to move up almost a year before "little G" ever came on the scene.

Didn't Stevenson already call out Kovalev only to be turned down?.

Anybody who is saying that one fighter ducks another one who is 12 pounds heavier is an idiot.
