See the thing is that USADA says they use the WADA protocal but they aren't bound to its guidelines in any legal matter. Its just a company saying we employ these standards BUT have tons of loopholes to bend them to their clients needs. TUE's after the fact is just one of them.

 

floyd and company - including his ret@rded fans - kept accusing pac of juicing when not an ounce of evidence could be given, all under the assumption that he is because of how he performed in the upper weight classes.

and now its Fluid May who was caught injecting himself with about a liter of solution without PRIOR APPROVAL, and is HIGHLY SUSPECTED to mask whatever he is taking (stop with rehydration reasons because you know damn well that's BS).

Dont have to prove that floyd had prohibited substances..
Its enough that he took an IV of 750ml saline and vitamin solution, in 2 Doses just before the fight, when WADA states the limit to be 50ml per 6hrs. Because such high amounts can be used to be used to mask ped use or blood doping.. He also administered it at his own house.

USADA giving a TUE when theyre not suppose to doesnt clear it up...
and a TUE doesnt wish away the fact that such high amounts of saline vitamin solutions is more than enough to dilute/flush traces of ped use etc...

without me having to explain where a breakdown in protocol and integrity can occurr, why don't you use some common sense and ask yourself how can false positives be generated when the testing agency is granting exemptions for masking agents to clinically treat dehydration.

 

I'm not 100% sure I could be wrong. But they seem to be able to do whatever they want with no oversight. They can even site confidentiality reasons for not being transparent. Well see I guess. Either more will come out soon or this story will slowly fade away. To be honest I don't think Mayweather is coming back. I think he is serious about his retirement.

Which just goes to show that the "rules" don't mean sh!t. They make them up as they go along. Because as long as USADA "gives permission" then everything's okay.

Under the WADA guidelines/rules it is quite clear that IV drip is prohibited and that TUExemptions are only given for rare medical emergencies. (that no non-prohibited alternative method could cure/remedy)


Let's hear exactly what Mayweather's medical emergency was to be needing the prohibited IV drip just a day before the fight (and shortly before a drug tests.) ......

USADA can say what they want "Oh, we gave him permission, everything be cool." ....
... but what was Floyd's medical emergency ?

Even in cases of dehydration, the guidelines are quite clear, the dehydration would have to be a severe case, and in those cases the person would be hospitalized almost certainly.
Are we to believe Mayweather was enduring a life-threatening dehydration the day before the fight ?

USADA are going to try to protect their image because they need the money.
To be fair, ALL anti-doping agencies are probably just as corrupt.
