I know you are high on Canelo, but Andrade?

Seems like your dislike of GGG is making you reach a bit. Andrade wasnt even confident enough in himself to fight Korobov, where a win would have guaranteed him HBO dates and a showdown with GGG... and quite possibly a unification with Canelo.

Canelo is a talented fighter, but putting Andrade in his or GGG's class is erroneous.

Nobody here is talking about Spence, Ali, Imam, Browne etc

Noone has claimed Jacobs beats GGG let alone 'with ease'

Wilder is ridiculed more than any other fighter on this site. Is Golovkins best opponent 'far better' than Stiverne? Actually I'd say Stiverne is he best win between them

The backlash isn't against GGG it's against his re****ed fanboys who claim he's the GOAT after beating basically nobody

Wow the hate towards GGG is getting out of hand. A sure sign that he is doing something right. Previous very hated fighters - RJJ, Pac and Floyd. All them are certified ATGs.

With Andrade I think a few more fight's he could be a problem due to size length and style. The Korobov thing I thought had more to do with the contract situation but I'm not 100%.

As far as GGG even though I'm critical of him I don't dislike him at all,he's a very entertaining fighter and I'd probably pick him vs 80% of the JMW/MWs out.

I get on his case for two reasons 1.you can't make all that noise about noone wants to fight you then come up with excuses not to fight fighters better than the opponents your facing.

2.because there are wayyy more proven guys out there who get sh!tted on daily so it's like if the guy who has 10x the resume and accomplishments GGG has aren't great then he certainly isn't.

Just because I think Canelo beats him doesn't mean I'm devaluing him as a fighter just that I've seen one take tough fight's vs bad styles that people said he shouldn't and win. While GGG is backing away from tough fight's. I give more credit for a guy have a close fight vs top comp than KOing journeymen.

I also don't believe the everyone is ducking him sh!t people try to portray.

The fastest way to earn credit from me is beating a fighter I'm big on, Lemieux isn't even better than Berto so that's not impressive to me. I'll give credit for unifying the WBA/IBF Titles but for someone who people tout as some top P4P fighter and ATG that isn't a big deal.

I think GGG beats Lara but he still made excuses not to fight, Lara is better than any fighter on GGGs resume and I'd have given credit for that as well.

I remember when I came up with the suggestion that GGG should fight Rubio for the mando position all these so called GGG fans had hella excuses why he shouldn't now Rubio who is a journeymen is some great win.
I just call a spade a spade if/when GGG does something worthwhile I'll hop on the bandwagon. It's just right now just based off comp which is the truest indicator he's not on THAT level at least not to me.

I fu(king despise a guy like Broner but if you asked me objectively who's done more in boxing and should be rated higher I'd say Broner. I **** on Khan but at least he's beaten some top fighter's. GGGs best win just got blown out by Cotto who isn't a real MW so I see no reason to put unwarranted praise on him just yet.

Berto was on Lemieux level in his prime. But he is shot to **** now and was KOed recently by a gate keeper.

Lara fight is pretty much impossible to be made.

Duran fought the MAJORITY of his career S of 140. Cotto won titles at 140, 147, 154, and now 160.

Hearns was as chinny as a fighter could be but he did have a great equalizer and was a LOT like Andy Lee and PWilly in that regard.

Pretty sure the only WW GGG is really interested in is the 49-0 LMW titlist who IS fairly comparable to Haglers best win, a LOSS, to SRL.:rofl

He's on a better streak yes but real talk Guerrero is better than anyone GGG or Lemieux has fought. Ortiz is around the same level as Lemieux and vs Karass he had a Real shoulder injury and still alimst KO'd Soto with 1 hand.

Just based of Championship level experience vs World Class fighters Berto is over Lemieux. Berto has fought better guys than GGG and Lemieux, and would be in the top 2 wins right now of every top WW not named Pacquiao or Bradley.

With Lara you can't make excuses about money then fight Monroe/Rubio or excuses about Haymon then talk about fights with Mayweather,Quillin,Jacobs.

I really don't favor the man against Murray, but if he did then the question was "how dominant?", because Golovkin opponents don't seem to stand a chance in hell.
We've already seen that he has troubles with guys that can take a punch and dish out themselves, and it seemed he needed to get saved against Rosado... That's why there's not much hype, not because of skincolor or nationality (if you think he's either American or Cuban).

I think you are thinking GGG called out Floyd, thats not the case. He gets asked by reporters if he would like the fight, he says yes. His own management said flat out it was an unrealistic pipe dream.

As for your previous post, I think you are mistaken about who could fight when. The only "tougher" fight GGG could have taken, was Ward for after DL (the fight contract Roc sent for Ward was for fight after next, not next ) at 168 for 50/50 which was obviously shot down for business reasons.

K2 has not called out any Haymon fighter since Quillin lost his title. Some fans talk about a matchup, including myself - because PPV is different than a regular fight.

The reason being, if HBO (or SHO, for those on opposite side) is footing the purse in form of license fees... then the network also has final say on opponent. If you want HBO's money, you have to fight who HBO wants you to fight. For PPV though, HBO is making money not spending it. I'm sure the network still has some input, but the fighter's camp has a lot more leverage. Just like Main Events was able to recently offer Stevenson a PPV fight on HBO.

(its also worth noting that GBP cold war when Quillin had title, K2 did send a 7 figure offer, its not like they didnt try)

So GGG fighting a Haymon guy is more realistic, if the DL PPV does well. In fact I think thats why Haymon has kept that WBA underbelt in his back pocket, and is finally matching Quillin and Jacobs. Its worth it for him to look towards having one of his guys force a GGG fight if its a PPV fight.

I have no comment really about who you think beats GGG, I usually dont comment on that. The only thing that ever bugs me is people trying to shift blame on why or why not certain fights arent made. If you think Canelo, or whomever is beats him then cool. Maybe you are right.

I do strongly disagree about Andrade though - and it was not promotional difficulty with him not facing Korobov. His promoter actually went out on a limb and secured the fight and even got WBO to sanction it and made Andrade next man up over Lee since he was 154lb WBO holder and Andrade himself or his manager kiboshed it. Andrade had spoken out how he wanted to fight GGG, and his promoter got him a title fight at 160 and HBO headliner and he bottled up.

Yup, it's clear the black supremacists are afraid of GGG

they don't want to accept a white man (who is truly half asian) is the future of boxing and the best fighter on the planet, and more importantly, that he'd destroy the pride of the blacks, aka the woman beating PED fuelled coward Floydette
