    To be fair, other than Appleby, Fox, and Evans there is nothing on Cardle's resume to distance him too much from Dodd before tonight.

    Question is, does one solid and composed performance over a still-hungry but physically not quite 100% of his old prime Energizer-bunny self Gary Buckland equate to being ready for someone of Cardle's level, proven at least threefold as listed above? :think
