    I watched an interview about two days ago and Adam Smith of Sky sports said he spoke to the Italian team and it is pronounced something like

    Boss-Key-Airo

    Blame Adam Smith for Watt and Halling :lol:

    Yeah, something like that, but spoken with an Italian accent the middle two syllables kind of blend together into "year", rather than "e-air".

    Boschiero is ducking in, guard up, elbows at his chest. Smith lobs a few jabs in. Boschiero rips a big left hook up top and Smith ducks and grabs. Smith is clinching a lot, ref on top of it. Long body shot by Smith. Boschiero is clapped on the lattissimus dorsi by a Smith double left hook. Smith pushes out for space with a slowly pantomimed left jab and plugs a right hand upside down into Boschiero's midsection. Boschiero's shoe comes untied. Time in. Smith is jabbing at range, Boschiero looking to bull his way in.

    No I know definitively that Chi is pronounce Key in Italy. I know this because I've been watching the Giro D'Italia for 13 years and heard how to pronounce countless names with Chi in them.
