Michael Watson vs Chris Eubank II. He stuck to the mobile Eubank like glue, blocked and slipped on his way in and countered in blistering combination clusters to the head and body, putting everything into every punch and finishing with an overarm hook with either hand as Eubank leant one way or the other. Chris had no answer, and the pace Watson kept up was like that of a lightweight. Total domination of an incredible fighter!

    Interesting choice, considering the ending.

Now this was way before my time and to my regret, I hope Burt reads your post as he likely saw these greats also.

As sweet as it would've been to see it live, I'd never seen it until recently. Luckily, film not only survived, but the fight's uploaded on Youtube. Check it out for the rest of the parts. :good

Good call on Mayweather-Corrales. Would include the Alvarez fight too, but Floyd really could have laid a lot more punishment on him in that fight.

Locche completely demoralized Fuji...the frustration and humiliation, of being made to look so foolish and helpless, round after round, hurt more than the punches the challenger landed.

    Toney-Barkley was ridiculous.

The first one that came to my mind as well. Of course there are many contenders for best performance, but can't recall any other masterclass like that against a master boxer still in his prime or at least thereabouts.

Duran coming up in weight to beat arguably the best WW ever. Sanchez against Gomez is up there too.

Typical response from you that includes Eubank!

Your ego is incredibly massive. Deflate it, please.

Mayweather-Gatti. People actually expected it to be a tough fight.

Douglas vs Tyson, it was a masterclass in how to dismantle a feared giant.
