Not a TUE exception can be granted by the commission for whatever reason it so chooses. and is only required if iv exceeds >50ml regardless of situation

I'm not a millionaire, but I know that you can hire an in home nurse for roughly $28/hr and the equipment to provide an IV can't be more than $1500 or so. For a man who just earned 9 figures for a fight. I don't think any of that is an issue

TUE doesnt make a 750ml IV any less able of flushing/diluting traces of PED use etc..

If i write a ltter of exemption for a drug addict taking crack it doesnt make crack any less potent..

Also for dehydration, studies on WADA website show that rehydrating orally is more beneficial than via IV.

    Floyd cheated. End of.

That's what's shady about the whole thing. Ok you got a TUE. But who is the frigin doctor that purchased these IV bags (not from Walmart) and administered them to Floyd?

I'm pretty sure a certified doctor along with a reason why you need these IV bags has to be established on paper before they can give you the TUE.

You said that because Conte said that. WADA code doesn't give suggested alternatives.
