I have one or two of his fights laying around somewhere. Pretty sure I have a nice copy of the Golota fight. But yeah, Wilson had a hell of a set of whiskers on him.

Any particular reason you're telling me this or were you just mentioning it because it's a bit of interesting trivia? Genuine question not a sarcastic response.

If Wilson can get credit for not getting knocked out by the guys on that list, Tyson (the topic of this thread) should also get a mention , because he stopped some of the guys on that list.

They said the same thing about Holmes too.

Tyson did face two guys with similar styles to Toney, Mathis and Tubbs and they lasted a combined total of 5 rounds.

    Tyson would seriously hurt Toney.

I know Toneys never been kod, but neither had a lot of guys until they fought Tyson.

Power, snap, and speed are all relative. Tyson clearly had better technique. Peter was a slow clubber. Power isn't just who they knocked out but how as well. Peter had bad technique which contributed to his lack of knockouts at the higher level. But when you think about the condition of the guys that they did knockout, Peter's only real highlight real ko was Jeremy Williams, someone who didn't have a very good chin. Every one else Peter pretty much clubbed into submission. Tyson was concussing and demolishing guys. I say Tyson hits harder.

Obviously. But fainbois still maintain "Tyson could ko anybody with a single punch", except for the little detail that he never did so, even when he most needed it.

Corrie Sanders beat nobody of note outside Wlad.

    Except Michael Sprott.

Michael Sprott also claimed Sanders is by far the hardest puncher he ever fought

and he fought a fair share of hard punchers

He knocked Dpuglas down with a single punch and on another day with a different ref he might have been given the KO.

How many people have knocked out Holyfield? Tyson sent Holyfield reeling with the first punch he threw.

Tyson also staggered Lewis with a jab in the first round of their fight.

He nearly had Danny Williams out of there in the first round, but couldn't follow up. Same Williams then went 8 rounds with Vitali.

Tyson could punch and he proved it at the highest level.

    Peter, not so much.

Rahman also said Sanders was the hardest hitter he'd faced. Lewis himself said that his camp had had "concerns" about fighting Sanders.
