Pac, simply because he beat better opposition and did it in stellar fashion. Beating Barrera and Morales are accomplishments Floyd hasn't matched whatsoever.

With that said, I also rank Oscar above Floyd, for the same reason. He beat a plethora of ELITE/PRIME fighters mixed with some ATGs (a very active, although not prime Chavez, and prime Whitaker) Has those fights vs Tito and Mosley rematch been scored honestly, Oscar would rank above just about everyone the past 20 years. Taking a loss here or there is ok, if its been avenged to you're facing the truly best of the best, which Floyd has never done.

 

EM and MAB aren't that good they get alot of hype based on beating each other up especially MAB who was beat by Junior Poison Jones FFS and Raheem beat EM before #48 did.:rofl Neither one of these guys would have stood a chance against PBF and both aren't on his level.
