Tyson Fury (Batman)

Wlad is dull as dishwater at press conferences. Perhaps he's more charismatic in his native tongue, or while speaking German; but in English he is just dull as dishwater. Quiet monotone with poor emphasis on the points he is attempting to make.

For sure he was uncomfortable in there, not because of any fear of Fury; just because he does not excel in those situations.

As he said at the end of the conference (in a quiet monotone) "I never say what will happen, I let my fists talk".

In the prime of his career he has to deal with absolute delusional idiots..

To be fair that's pretty funny and if he was trying to get the fight more media attention then it's worked it was just reported on BBC Breakfast.

 

It's still boxing, it's no Wrestling Show.. If Tyson still thinks he belongs into the ring after he got bruttally beaten up by Wlad in exactly one month he should enter the WWE.. thats where he belongs to.. big mouth and nothing else and he can enter the ring as the "BATMAN" :deal

 

There is that danger I suppose, but I genuinely don't think Fury is the kind of guy who will avoid people.

Regardless of that, he won't be the worst champ ever and regardless of that, he won't be champ for long....Wilder will fancy that and both would have a chance, then the new crop coming through to take over...dare I say the likes of Joshua?

 

But why pretending Fury to wear non punchers gloves too? Is he worried about Fury's hands, too

Floyd and Wlad are almost the same

 

He learned his lesson, with the pizza face talk and promising to KO Haye in Round 12....then not coming anywhere close to delivering on it and settling for a safe decision win.

 

Wlad has earned the right to select the gloves he wants, and its not unreasonable to ask the opponent to use the same gloves, so it's fair. If Fury is as good as he says, then it doesn't matter. If Fury doesn't like it, he doesn't have to show up for the fight.

 

Wlads behaviour was an embarrassment. Regurgitating the exact same therapy talk he did with Haye 4 years ago. Almost word for word. Its not witty or intelligent , its pathetic.

Does he think repeating the same dialogue will bring him luck? This is why he is afraid to change his ring walk song in 10 years .

 

Just a bit bizarre really. Wlads calm demeanour, just shows he's use to dealing with these crazy fruit loops. Was almost expecting Shannon Briggs to show up in his incredible hulk costume, amd start tearing the place up! Lol!

 

I know someone who predicts before every Wlad fight that he will loose, looks like you had no luck the last 10 years :deal

 

Because he's a disrespectful moron with the iq of a hamster. He's immature and a clown, pretty easy to dislike him IMO.

Same thing was true for Haye. Would people on here rather see a guy talk trash at a press conference than a good fight? :huh

You could well be right, I have no idea, I just found it interesting. I would have thought Wladimir would want his regular gloves. A change just for Fury seems strange to me.

Or as said above, he might have hand issues :think

And yes if Fury gets knocked out by Wladimir with pillows on his hands it would be funny after everything that's been said/shouted by Fury
