Some athletes like using IV just so they don't have to ingest water and they can just lay there doing nothing and just rest after strenuous activity and rehydrate at teh same time. How is this even a question, Mayweather is the better, greater fighter by far. I would've said Floyd easy but after the Hauser article, I think the latter part of his career is a big question mark. Floyd has been proud of the fact that he's his own boss and he calls the shots. He is very influential in Nevada, especially Vegas. The local economy benefits greatly from his fights so its not too far fetched that he gets preferential treatment compared to other boxers. Although there is no proof that he has been juicing, the circumstances surrounding the whole issue is highly suspicious. Even if people argue that USADA and NSAC have cleared him of any wrong doing, anyone who tries to rationally assess the situation could see why it's in their best interest that Floyd be innocent so their objectivity could also be questioned. Is Floyd juicing? Maybe, maybe not. All I know is, Hauser's article seems to be very well researched and is actually very plausible.

immediately after the pac fight, i had floyd and pac pretty close to each other. now that i know his injury was real, and now that i see how floyd stacked the deck and still couldnt distance himself from a faded, injured pac, i have pac well above him. it would take floyd beating ggg, for me to place him above pac... or he could rematch pac on a level playing field under vada testing and beat him for real.
