he said he would stop it if he didn't give him anything in the next round after one bad round with Wilder's left eye almost closed. Fight wasn't decided at all yet.

Wilder is shattered but so is Dahaupas.

 

What's really irritating about Wilder is that he really does have quite a bit of talent. Good speed, decent power, and apparently some heart. But the way he's been manoeuvred has led to a lack of refinement that may well prove to be his undoing when he steps up to face the upper echelon to the heavyweight division.

 

He's tough, but nothing more. He's a European-level tough man, but lacks skills and accuracy. They picked him for a reason...because he can't fight very well.
