No, but Duhuapas has that jab landing hard, and the occasional OH R landed around the glove. Not saying Wilder is iron by any means, but each time Duhaupas would have moments, Wilder would bounce off the ropes dropping bombs, resestablishing the pace. Theres no doubt in my mind that JD could have finished that fight last night, but for what it's worth, Wilder took some solid shots from Duhaupas and landed a ton of leather in exchange.
As for Sanders though.... Yeah, if he can make Vitali see stars and go down, Wilders out for the count like Wlad. :think
Because he fights hand-picked STIFFS!!!atsch Decent fighters would shatter me into a million pieces, which is why his management doesn't put him anywhere near them.:deal
This fight would end early, real early. Sanders was a completely different level of fighter to Wilder.
Sanders would take care of Wilder, and probably early too. His speed and power would be too much for Wilder's shaky chin. With Wilder's power I guess he could always have a chance, but for some reason Sander's straight left countering one of Wilder's looping shots comes too easily to mind.
Duhaupas is not a puncher dude..... Hence the reason why Wilders people picked him. Wilder was supposed to deal with this guy easily, instead he looked like Berto after Guerrero when all was said and done. Just imagine what Wlads jab and right hands would do too Wilder...... Really hard to give him credit for a terrible mismatch on paper that turned out to be pretty competitive. Yeah he kept his composure and wits about him despite a badly swollen eye.... But against a guy who shouldn't have been there.
This idiot is always trying to rewrite history. Watch this fight and judge for yourself whether Sanders lost because he gassed or because he was caught by Rahman and couldn't recover. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H552wordE34
This video tells you all you need to know about Corrie Sanders and what general consensus about him was before the Klitschko fight. What this video carefully and listen to t Larry Merchant said. Fast forward the video to 4:15 mark. Rahman contemplated retirement if he couldn't beat Sanders. That's how low they thought about Sanders. That all changed after Sanders destroyed Wladimir.
Sanders would murder Wilder. It wouldn't be pretty. Corrie was a frontrunner, but I've got no faith Wilder takes him far enough to capitalize on it.
Would anyone else favour Tommy Morrison over Wilder? I certainly would. I'd prob give Herbie Hide a good chance of taking him out.
A prime 100% more dedicated to boxing training corrie sanders, with that manly classic handlebar gentleman moustache would spark out wilder and vitali at the same time.
