    Green and Snipes?

Snipes had decent hand speed i don't know if i would say FASTEST hands and do you mean Mitch Green? If you are i disagree.

Holy had good hand speed but seemed to be a hair slower than the other top guys :bbb

Not that it mattered as Holy used his punches overall better than most top guys :rasta

RRJ is a tough call for me at heavy just because he had so few fights, what was it one fight?

If we include him then yes for sure he is at the top of the list.

RJj is about as much as a heavyweight as Patterson.I wouldn't count anyone under 200 pounds as legit here, lets make it a bit fair for the modern guys who pack on more mass.

If slapping is classed as punching then yeah he did have decent hand speed.

He did not do much with them, but Leroy Jones deserves consideration.

Hes certainly fast but slightly Heavyhanded type like Morrison a tad step behind...230 pound lewis had more speed though I would have to watch the vids again.
