It looks very bad for Floyd in regard to his potential usage of peds, stimulants, etc, which stinks because I think he was truly special. His early years were like watching the next Sugar Ray Robinson.

Floyd never did OST it's another lie he had his fans believe cleaning up the sport more like hydrating the sport

Floyd asked for this trouble. If he would of just fought with the regular NSAC drug testing from 2010-now he wouldn't be in this predicament. Besides Floyd always said that hard work and dedication beats PEDS so fock his drug crusader role. It ended up biting him in the azz.

Floyd ruined his own career. He had the talent to really be an ATG but lacked the fighting heart & cojones of a real champion. He tried to take the easy way using corruption & illegalities & its cost him everything

What did VADA's scientific adviser say about USADA?

Don Catlin founded the UCLA Olympic ****ytical Laboratory in 1982 and is one of the founders of modern drug testing in sports. Three years ago, Catlin told this writer, “USADA should not enter into a contract that doesn’t call for it to report positive test results to the appropriate governing body. If it’s true that USADA reported the results [in the Morales case] to Golden Boy and not to the governing state athletic commission, that’s a recipe for deception.”

Just who is this Don Catlin?

1981 —The International Olympic Committee (IOC) asks Catlin, then 43, a member of the UCLA Medical School faculty, to be in charge of the drug testing lab for the 1984 Olympics. At first he turns down the offer, then says yes, especially after realizing UCLA could keep the equipment after the Games.

1982— The UCLA Olympic Lab is established by Catlin and funded by the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee. It is the first Olympic drug testing lab in the USA and one of only four or five such labs in the world.

1983— Catlin is asked by the U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC) to help educate its athletes before they are drug tested at the 1984 Olympics. The idea is to give them a chance to experience the process.

Catlin tests a series of samples that contain a banned drug in decreasing amounts. He realizes that someone is using the program to figure out how long it takes for the drug to wash out of their system. Says Catlin: "(The USOC) wanted to do testing, and for us to tell them the answers, meaning whether their guys and girls test positive or not. But they didn't want any consequences. It would just be an educational experience. And already we could see that, well, what kind of education is this? We shouldn't be doing this…That program stopped real fast."

1980s — Catlin made a case to the IOC for a Code of Ethics for Olympic drug testing labs. Eventually, it became a requirement for the IOC (now WADA) accreditation.

1988 — Catlin gets the IOC to remove norethisterone, a common birth control pill ingredient, from its banned list. It was banned it because it might produce traces of a by-product that also arises from nandralone, a banned anabolic steroid. The problem was if the by-product was found in urine, the lab couldn't tell whether an athlete took nandralone, the birth control pill or both. Catlin and his team proposed a way to tell what a female athlete took.

Mid-1980s to mid-1990s— Catlin develops the carbon isotope ratio (CIR) test, which differentiates between testosterone produced naturally and pharmaceutical testosterone introduced externally.

1990s— Catlin introduces to the IOC the idea of the ISO accreditation being a prerequisite to IOC (now WADA) lab accreditation. It took years to get the idea implemented by the IOC.

1998 — Catlin gets the IOC to ban andro and other pro-male hormone supplements. Since 2004, they have become "controlled substances" in the USA, a status anabolic steroids have had since 1990.

2000 — The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) are established.

2002 — Catlin uses the French EPO test, and it detects the new blood enhancer darbepoetin. Three cross country skiers are caught using it at the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics, where Catlin is in charge of the drug testing lab. A few months later, Catlin finds data in spectrum ****ysis of urine belonging to a track cyclist. (The sample is identified only by code number with no name or country.) He eventually cracks the code for norbolethone, a drug first synthesized by Wyeth in 1966. It is Catlin's first discovery of a designer steroid. Says Catlin: "For us, it proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that our suspicions were true, that there were designer steroids out there that we couldn't find and that people were getting a hold of them."

2003 — Catlin cracks the code for another designer steroid, THG. USADA received a syringe with barely any liquid left in it. USADA science director Rich Hilderbrand rinsed the syringe with methanol and sent the rinse to UCLA as a few drops in a test tube.

Within three weeks, Catlin and his team can draw the molecule for THG. Then he creates a new test to detect THG. That's tricky because THG breaks down in the lab instrument before it reaches the detector. Says Catlin: "It was a wonderful time for us because it was a kind of project that took all the skills that are represented in this lab, in terms of PhDs, chemists … it took everybody."

2004— Catlin cracks the code for the designer steroid madol.

2005 — Catlin cracks the code for the designer steroid 6-OXO.

2006 — Catlin uses CIR to catch USA track star Justin Gatlin, the co-world record holder in the 100 meters. Says Catlin: "In the case of Gatlin, it was very different because when we get samples, the client tells us what the (drug testing) menu will be, and it's rare that they ask us to use CIR. In the case of the Gatlin sample, USADA had asked in advance, and we did CIR. It was a home run in that sense … What the Gatlin case told all of us (is) that if you really want to do the most thorough test, you're forced to do CIR all the time."

And that's what he did by advising for VADA. CIR all the time baby.

What's also interesting is how Catlin has been prevented from speaking out.

Under WADA rules, Catlin has been barred from offering his expertise as a witness to athletes defending themselves against anti-doping charges. He said Tuesday that he was unsure under what circumstances he would take on such assignments as an independent researcher."I'm not going to be out there testifying against my old friends," he said. "But I'll be out there trying to get it right for sport, for the agencies, for the athletes. It has to be right for everybody."

Look, the floyd situation is simple. Either he was legitimately dehydrated or he was caught trying to cover up something that was in his system. There is no other answer its one or the other. Now for you to believe that floyd was simply dehydrated you have to believe that he did not know he couldnt take an IV at his home and was not trying to do it in secret. He only said he had an IV after evidence of him being recently injected showed on his arm and He was so dehydrated trying to make weight for the fight that he needed 750ml of fluids when far far less wouldve sufficed.

Now all these things raise questions and for you to believe nothing shady is going on would be pretty far fetched. I am 100% convinced Floyd is a blood doper and has used peds no doubt about it. If this were Manny this website wouldve crashed from the "i told you so" Floyd lovers. Floyd cheated himself,the sport and the fans. Its a real shame.
