Kell Brook..

I think he could be in exciting fights but they need to be made.

The only time Brook has been in an exciting fight was Carson Jones I, when he seriously unfit and struggled badly.

I seen impressive performances from Brook but being impressive and exciting are two different thing to me.

 

I agree to a point, I agree Brook resume should be far better and he should be fighting a much higher level of opposition.

But how far are we going back to when Khan was fighting top level opposition?

 

He isn't boring. He does the fundamentals very well and that in itself means he's 'alright' to watch. His name doesn't light a card up for me but that's usually because the opposition isn't great.

Still find a bit insane people are saying he's going to clear out 147 (mostly twitter folk mind you)

I agree but that's not my point. To be fair Khan has went out there and fought better opposition although as N17 says lately he hasn't,probably because he's hanging around trying to get a fight against Pretty Boy or Manny that's probably never going to happen.
I just think when you look at the names on Khan's and Brooke's resume though,there's no comparison.

Khan's opposition even of late since the Garcia loss is still ahead of Brook's.

What Kell is doing is making quick easy money at this stage.

 

Fast Car is attempting to make him a PPV star while fighting mid level fighters.I don't find Kell an exciting fighter but he is skilled but he must be tested before I would consider paying to watch him.Having said that,I will catch his fight here on Showtime (not Live but on the replay).Who the F@#ck wants to spoil their afternoon in front of a tv set?

the best boxers are usually not the most entertaining because they do the simple things well and make it look a little too easy...

most casuals just want to see a tear-up

 

Khan's best win in this time is Alexander who lost to Porteratsch

 

Diego Chaves is better than anyone Khan has fought lately bar Alexander, and Brook beat the guy who beat him.

If you wanna talk about quick money, you gotta talk Khan.

 

I like him and think Chaves will be a decent test for him which I expect him to win comfortably. After that I want to see him against Thurman, Garcia etc.
