Holyfield lacks the power and range Lewis had to expose of Ruddock easily, so I think this would make for a pretty good fight.

The Ruddock of Tyson II vs early 90's Holyfield.

Does Holyfield have the power to hurt Ruddock and get his respect?

Probably, Ruddock's chin wasn't exactly cement.

Holyfield was not quite a big puncher in comparison to guys like Lewis, but he could crack when he needed to. Staggering and hurting guys like Tyson and Mercer is no easy task.

I like Ruddock here,Holyfield had problems with long jabbers or long fighters,Ruddock hit significantly harder than Bowe did and was faster.i don't believe chin is an issue here either,he ate Tyson bombs that would've dropped an elephant. I think holyfield not fighting Ruddock at that time says a lot. Im going with Ruddock tko late because Holyfield would force one.

Tyson was more exhausted than anything at the end, the knock down Holyfield got was because of Tyson being off balance more than anything else and it took Tyson 1-2 seconds to get up.

Holyfield was never a one punch guy, he needs combinations to be effective. He cannot hurt Ruddock with just one punches but what will play into his hands is how one dimensional Ruddock was with his Smash.

Yet he had Tyson hurt as early as the 2nd round and had him staggering like an old drunk in the 10th...

Holyfield was not a strong puncher by Hw standards in 1991 certainly not compared to Tyson who couldn't even k.o Ruddock in 12 rounds..wrong AGAIN!

Hurt is a strong word, he was surprising him with his masterful counter punching. By round 10-11 Tyson was just exhausted and totally out of gas.

Tyson has nothing to do with the thread in that fight,we are using 1991 Holyfield who was not that Holyfield and Tyson certainly wasn't his former self either.

I'll say it again... He HURT Tyson as early as the 2nd round. And it was a PUNCH that spelled curtains for Tyson at the end of the 10th.

We've been over this before, when you posted that hilarious video "evidence": Tyson wasn't hurt in the second.
