are you for real or just jumb....GGG is a cash cow now more than Ward is or has been or is going to be.His fights are televised in 100 countries is sponsored by oil/gas energy company and is on a HBO exclusive fight package.2 million what Ward made in his last fight was chicken feed....roc nation forked out 4 mill for that fight with zero profits...:hi:

The only ones who believe Little G is a cash cow are his broke fans.

The networks and promoters recognize a cash cow when they see one, and what do they do? They sign them up to lucrative contract.

Mayweather has a contract with SHowtime. Largest in history.
Both Cotto and Ward have $40M signed contracts with Roc Nation.
Stevenson and Kovalev have network contracts.

    Where's Little G's contract?
He ain't got one. He's working for Bussboy wagers and tips for K2. :yep:rofl

theres a difference between ward/ggg and ward wanting to "settle in at his weight" before fighting kovalev

ggg was more than willing to face big name fighters at 168 without a tuneup...only because they were easy cherrypicks that offered money......he could have faced froch and easily gone back to 160 without facing ward ...just like he could easily go to 168 to fight ward now and get back to the 160 mix....

dont try to act like if he fought froch or chavez ggg would have stayed at 168

ward is trying to settle in and actually fight the man at 175......ggg was trying to get to 168 to get in and get some money and a scalp, then bounce back down to 160 before ward got back in the picture

and then theres ward actually being out of the picture for a year and a half....while ggg has been an active fighter(albeit against b level guys one after another)

Jay Z will never recover his $40M paid to Ward and possibly even Cotto.

Network contracts often prevent good fights, like Kovalev vs Stevenson.

Little G needs to sell seats to offset the 50% K2 is taking out of his pocket for every fight.
Those with contracts (Ward, Cotto) don't have to worry about that.

You miss the point. Revenue from 80,000 drunken British fans offsets a loss. :yep

froch isnt an easy fight ....but lets face it....when ggg was talking about it froch was on his last rope....he was worn out and near retirement

like i said...if ggg got that froch fight at any time over the last two years....he was going right back to mw after....and we all know that....which is why he could fight ward and go back now too...hes just too afraid to lose.....ggg wasnt afraid of froch....easy fight prob not....but ggg knew hed be the favorite and could win it easily

I'm on the record as saying I think Froch and Ward both beat GGG. So you're not getting anywhere with me.

i highly doubt froch would have beaten ggg anytime in the last two years.....not saying its impossible

but its silly to compare what ward is doing to what ggg has done.....ward will fight kovalev when hes back in the groove and comfy at a new weight.....ggg was trying to get a fight at 168...he was just looking for a ripe opponent that isnt better than him
