I feel bad for Bummyluvkin. He could of had a chance to fight an elite fighter but backed down. Now he's forced to continue waiting for the chance to fight a former WW.. LMFAO.

Ward will clean out another division, while GGG will still be chasing smaller fighters trying to get a shot. LOL.

GGG is quite talented. But, he will not go down as near the fighter Ward is/will be. And he had a chance to prove who is best head to head. But, the guy's team didn't want to take the risk. No worries though, 2 divisions will separate them now. So, "L'il G" can come out now.

Or...GGG will continue his KO streak while becoming boxing a biggest star while Ward gets KOd by the Krusher and fades to Bolivia.

Bigger chance of this forum accepting and praising non white/eastern european fighters than that happening tbh.

The irony is killing me.

If GGG cleaning out his own division is "chasing smaller fighters", what does that make Ward for chasing a middleweight?

Ward is not running to LHW. This is where he naturally belongs. However, I doubt that he will dare facing Kovalev or Beterbiev. If he does, he will get smashed and will lose his claim of being #1/2 p4p.

On the other hand, after Golovkin beats Lemieux and Cotto/Canelo winner, he will become a clear #1 p4p (or a little lower if another elite fighter does something extraordinary).

Shouldn't he fight people with pulse in order to get the money ? If he fights Kovalev, he will need all that money to pay neuro-surgeons.

Ward doesn't have ballz to face Kovalev and can't fight Haymon's fighters. He is doomed.

Fighting people with a pulse lets us know when triple duck fights someone with a pulse !

When the Networks and Promoters see and recognize a real talent with unlimited potential, they sign them to a contract.
    Mayweather had a contract.
Both Ward and Cotto have mult-million dollar contracts.

Golovkin? He has no contract and is still fighting and getting paid like a prospect, on a per fight basis.
That pretty much tells you what the networks and promoters think of his potential.

That's the thing. He wasn't "chasing" anyone. Team GGG has talked about fighting Ward on several occasions. Why is it wrong then for Ward to make an offer? I'll answer. It's not. Meanwhile, GGG is waiting with bated breath to get his hands on the winner of Cotto and Canelo (2 smaller guys), while Ward is looking to move up, where more dangerous fighters than GGG await.

Now, with that said, I think GGG is the best MW, without having beaten all the top guys yet. It's not his fault they won't face him. But, it is his fault (or his team's fault) when they want to move up and fight guys like Chavez and Froch at the SMW limit, but won't entertain an offer from Ward. Anyway, it's water under the bridge...for now.
