Jesus Christ Imam has beaten Fernando Angulo by KO and Walter Castillo by UD.

Postol has KO'd Aydin and Matthysse.

Postol OBVIOUSLY should be considered the favorite here.

He just impressed me with his overall skill, especially movement. Imam I think is kind of overhyped personally.

I'd favor Iman. He's the better talent overall. I think he's one of the new generation fighters that has the potential to go into the HOF.

It's really good match up. Postol impressed me tonight, but he still lacks serious punching power to make him a more well-rounded fighter. Imam on the other hand does have that well-roundedness.

    Agreed.

Postol should be the favorite and if it were Matthysse, he would likely be the favorite over Imam too.
However, I feel that Imam would KO Matthysse.

They do overdo it with the Thomas Hearns offence and Mayweather defence comparisons, but it's not as if he can't improve over time to justify it.
He does have a powerful jab/straight right combo, and he does have decent defensive moves, just not at the level of those he's being compared to.

Imam is from Albany or Troy NY, that area. They have never produced a world level fighter. The closest I can even recall are Elijah Tillery, Kevin Pompey and some guy who gave Tyrone Trice a competitive fight.

His last fight he cracked Angulo with a right hand that put Angulo to sleep. The ref looked down at Angulo who had his eyes closed, snoring and waved the fight off.

I need to see more of Imam, he needs a couple of more fights before a title shot IMO. Postol is the favourite for now.

The kid looks ready enough to me, especially against someone like Postol. Can't wait for this fight.

Poor Imam. He never had a chance. Someone definitely said it right. After Postol cleans up, this will be called the worst era of LWW ever. :rofl

The Young Master is too much for the Octopus.
Imam will make this 5' 11" version of Vlad Klitscho's belt holding experience a short lived affair.

This will be like limited power version of Wladimir Klitschko versus better skilled version of Deontay Wilder. It's gonna be a good fight.
