I cannot think of a poorer example myself. Does one exist?

I don't know. But he sure as hell didn't deserve this fight.

A little unfair to say someone is the worst of a very succesful bunch, but yes he probably is... He is only 26 mind and has a long to prove us wrong.

He does. It means very little these days. If you look at te route you could plot from say 130 to 147 you see it can be achieved with a mediocre fighter clever matchmaking.

Belts don't mean much, especially when you can get a title shot right after losing a fight. The belts are just a bunch of politics to push said fighter. If the champion don't fight the #1 contender at all times what is the belt really but a selling point to say this guy has a world title he must be of a certain caliber of fighter, so he must be good enough to watch.

Further proof there is far too many title belts in boxing. And Wilder fighting Johan Duphuas or whatever his name is for a World Heavyweight Championship fight, ffs.

You can win Belts in 4 weight classes and never really change your weight from your pro debut. Just stop dehydrating weight and fight at their natural weight for once.

I'm not big on Broner but Titles only become meaningless according to fans when a guy they dislike wins it.

Compare Broner to Lemieux or others like say Thurman. Broner is more of a legitimate Champ than either but you couldn't tell looking at how there talked about.

Broner is not as good as he thinks he is.

Brones is not as bad as you all think he is.

Here are all of the fighters to win major titles in 4 divisions. Major titles are WBC, WBA, IBF, WBO, or RING/lineal. Listed in order of date they won the 4th title. Fifteen fighters have done it now.

    Tommy Hearns
    Ray Leonard
    Roberto Duran
    Pernell Whitaker
    Oscar de la Hoya
    Leo Gamez
    Roy Jones Jr.
    Floyd Mayweather Jr.
    Manny Pacquiao
    Erik Morales
    Jorge Arce
    Juan Manuel Marquez
    Nonito Donaire
    Miguel Cotto
    Adrien Broner

EDIT: Robert Guerrero made the list with two interim titles in two divisions.

6-Time World Champion in 4 divisions
Only held legitimate titles at 126 and 130, never considered the best fighter in any division he campaigned
Dont get me wrong, Guerrero used to be a really good fighter but his best wins are mediocre in the big picture.

Looking at the list it is pretty obvious Broner and Arce are the obvious choices for clear cut odd men out of the group.

Koki Kameda is attempting to do so against Kono pretty soon.
