You're totally correct as far as his being in the convo claiming to be a 4 division champion. But I'll always maintain he isn't as bad as most try to say. He's a 2 division titlist who is 7-3 against world titlists and he did fight enough good guys across 5 divisions to be notable... And while he never reached #1 in any division, oddly enough RING Magazine did rank him #2 at some point in three divisions, albeit for very short stays and in divisions that were weak at the time; 126, 130, 135... You're correct though. His best wins are very weak relative to how somebody could try to promote his resume on paper if they were trying to do so.
