The Postol who fought last night wouldn't last 8 rounds with The Young Master.

So Postol KO's a guy who's never been KO'd before and is coming off of one of the most impressive wins of the year, will be KO8 by a guy who got dropped by Maldonado and went 10 rounds with Walter Castillo.

It's weird, you'd almost think that Imam was the one who KO'd Matthysse last night, I don't get this sudden hype lmfao.

Kovalev beats Hopkins and Pascl he's a bum.
GGG beats former Champions and various top 10 ranked guys he's a bum.

Spence beats Van Heerden and Lo Greco.
Imam beats Fernando Angulo and Maldonado........ both are future ATG's.

After he takes that strap from Postol, then leaves King to sign with Haymon, he's on his way to be a future HOF'er. :good

Imam got up like a fighter. He wasn't hurt, just a flash knockdown. Maldonado has much more pop in his punches than Postol, and to be honest, I like that kid.

Imam got up and finished Maldonado in 5. :yep

Fernando Carcamo finished Maldonado in 2 and wasn't dropped in the process, so I guess that means he's the GOAT.

Imam by decision or TKO. Postol isn't that good. He has a limited offensive ability, fights in a crude manner, and doesn't have much power. Matthysse has either fallen quite a ways in ability, or he took a dive. Anyhow The young master easy.

Once. Wobbled him briefly in the second round and dropped him for a flash kd in the 3rd, shorly after Imam dropped Maldonado.

As Manfred said, Maldonado is more of a power-puncher than Imam (or, at least, consistently put more mus**** on his punches).

Interesting styles match-up between two tall guys who can and like to box off the back foot and who have pretty much the same reach. Might come down to Imam's speed against Postol's timing.

Pick 'em fight for me...but I think I fancy The Young Master to take a close one.

    Carcamo is pretty heavy-handed, Chris.

Yeah I know....but he's also pretty chinny, as is Maldonado.
